Yes, most ICE Employees are eligible to join and become a member. Please note that any pre-existing claims or incidents would not be covered under a new membership policy. If you’re not sure, please reach out to a NICE representative through one of the contacts listed on this site.

Once your completed forms and payment are reviewed, your membership is approved and coverage becomes active. We are not a traditional union, so we do not have any union problems or limitations. And unlike traditional unions that represent all types of professions, we designed and built the NICE Association just for you.
